The decision to quit being a streamer was based on three main factors, one was that at that time I thought I had completed my original goal when returning to Vietnam. That is the desire to turn streamer into a profession, at which time the income will be a bit stable and there will be recognition from society.
 
Second, after completing the first goal, my next goal is to slow down and feel more. At that time, I was in a very rapid development stage, but I wanted to be able to get off the bus I was on so I could slowly feel life and understand where I was and what I wanted.
 
Last thing, because I left my family very early, at the age of 15, at that time I wanted to return closer to my family, pay attention to my family's life and go deeper into building a family. Of course, each thing is a separate story. I just thought that simply and decided to quit being a streamer to do business and then sell.

Switching to livestream sales on TiktokShop, what do you find most fun?
 
Sales is not like professions related to virality in general such as singers and actors. Because sales require direct interaction with the audience, there is no love or hate here. People know you, love or hate, it's an emotion, but when selling, you need to serve the needs of customers.
 
One of the numbers that made me decide to get serious about the livestream sales job is that after the first test livestream with Tiktok, summarizing the data, up to 54% of the buyers were my previous followers. , the remaining 46% are people who don't know anything, they just look on the system, they come to see me share and buy products. To me, this number clearly shows that this is a potential market.
 
In fact, purchasing decisions are largely not based on emotions, people buy because they feel the product is suitable, has a good price and is enthusiastically supported. Whether you are famous or loved, that is an advantage, but when selling, remember that you are serving the customer.
What I find most interesting about livestreaming sales is being able to quickly interact with customers. In some other areas, the stages are often delayed by about 2 steps, meaning from the time the product reaches the customer, they experience it, the customer will give them feedback, the whole process consists of 2 steps.
 
Selling on Tiktok is different, buying is buying, canceling is canceling, all goods issues and customer problems are updated very quickly. Each business field will have different characteristics, but that is something I greatly appreciate.
 
I have a very strange hobby, which is watching customers' emotions. All of my customers' emotions of joy, anger, love, and disgust make me extremely interesting.

What made you decide to accompany Better Choice Awards?
 
First of all, this is an award for Vietnamese consumers. Furthermore, this is a combined award between the National Innovation Center (Ministry of Planning and Investment) - a state agency, and VCCorp - a large and prestigious media unit, so I very assured about the award.
 
I think that Vietnamese people deserve to use products of real quality, rated by consumers. Better Choice Awards will contribute to that. There are countless products on the market today, so how do you find products that suit your budget and are not "overpriced?" Nowadays, expensive doesn't necessarily cut into pieces, the important thing is which piece suits you best.
 
Second, I'm very excited to see what kind of center the National Innovation Center is. Personally, when I was introduced to the National Innovation Center as a place to support and connect the innovation community, I was very looking forward to it.
